Step 05Image and video
Where it is taken, agreed in writing
This is the step the rest of the product exists to reach, and the only one that cannot be skipped.
The most common cause of a sample coming back wrong is not arithmetic. It is that two people measured in different places, and both were confident they were right. A number without a location is not a specification.
Left
Across the widest point
Wherever the body happens to be widest — which moves as the pattern changes.
Right
2.5 cm below the armhole
A fixed distance from a fixed point, so it means the same thing to everyone who reads it.
01Row by row
Confirm each measurement against its diagram
Working, not a picture of it. Select a row to see its point diagram, then confirm it. Tab and Enter get through the whole thing without a mouse.
There is no bulk confirm, on any plan, at any price. A confirmation that can be applied to forty rows at once is not a confirmation, and the one thing this product is for is making sure that step actually happens.

Export gate
5 rows are still unconfirmed. Until every row is confirmed against its diagram, the pack will not generate — on any plan.
What blocks an export
- Any row not confirmed by you
- Any row without a point diagram
- Any row without a tolerance
- Any row without a method sentence
- A derived value not marked as inferred
- A flat carrying shading or a body
- Uploaded artwork without a rights confirmation
- A label template without its disclaimer shown
What the export contains
- A disclaimer page first, before anything else
- Front and back flats, plus detail views
- The measurement table with diagrams alongside
- The grading table with its increments stated
- Fabric, trims and construction notes
- PDF and PNG, A4 and Letter, fonts embedded
02Measurement walkthrough
Twenty seconds that settle it
The flat holds still and each measurement line draws itself on, one at a time, with its value and method beside it. Nothing else happens in the video, because nothing else needs to.
- Length
- 2 to 3 seconds per measurement, 20 to 45 seconds in total.
- Ratios
- 16:9 to send alongside the pack, 1:1 for messaging apps.
- Audio
- None. There is no audio track in the file at all, and no voiceover — factory conversations cross languages, and a line being drawn does not need translating.
- On screen
- The measurement name and value only, overlaid. No music, no branding animation, no intro.
- Plan
- Included on Studio. Not included on Draft or Free.
This is the whole of what the video feature does. There is no promotional film, no lookbook and no product showcase, because neither of those helps anyone agree where a chest is measured.

03The export
The first page is the disclaimer
Not a footer, not an appendix. The first page a production room turns to, in the same words every time.
Underneath it, the pack states how many open questions are still unanswered and how many values are inferred. A pack with outstanding items is not blocked from export — it is allowed out, honestly labelled, because a spec with three known gaps is far more useful to a factory than one pretending to have none.
What is blocked is an unconfirmed measurement. That one is not a gap you can declare; it is a gap that silently produces the wrong garment.

Exports are available on Draft and Studio. On Free the preview is watermarked and cannot be exported. Prices are in USD.
