Allowances belong to the period you paid for and do not carry into the next one. We do not charge per export, because charging per export would push you to skip the measurement confirmations to save one.

Billing terms

Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price until you cancel.
Cancelling: Cancel at any time in account settings. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Yearly discount: Draft: USD 24 × 12 × 0.8 = USD 230.40, charged as USD 230 · Studio: USD 89 × 12 × 0.8 = USD 854.40, charged as USD 854
Other promotions: The 20% yearly discount is the only discount offered. There are no trials, coupons or limited-time offers.
Price changes: Registered users are told at least 30 days before a price change takes effect, and can cancel before it applies.
Currency: Every price is in USD. Your bank may apply its own conversion and fees.

02Payment and renewal

What you are agreeing to when you subscribe

Amount and frequency: The amount shown at checkout, in USD, charged every month or every year depending on which you pick. The same amount recurs until you cancel or we give 30 days' notice of a change.
First charge: Taken when you subscribe. The subscription starts immediately; there is no trial period to lapse into a charge.
Renewal date: The same date each month, or the same date each year. It is shown before you confirm, on your receipt, and in account settings.
How to cancel: One click in account settings, at any time, without contacting us. You can also email support and we will do it and confirm in writing.
After cancelling: Access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then the account drops to Free. Nothing is deleted.
Refunds: Yearly plans: full refund within 14 days, then unused whole months. Monthly plans run to the end of the period. Full detail in the refund and cancellation policy.
Card handling: Card details are entered on a page hosted by our payment provider, a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider. We never receive or store full card numbers.
Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Promotion terms, in full

Choosing yearly billing costs 20% less than paying monthly for twelve months. Draft: USD 24 × 12 × 0.8 = USD 230.40, charged as USD 230. Studio: USD 89 × 12 × 0.8 = USD 854.40, charged as USD 854. The discount applies to every renewal for as long as you stay on yearly billing, not only the first year.

That is the only discount offered. There are no free trials, no coupon codes, no seasonal sales, no referral credits and no limited-time offers. If you see one attributed to Flatspec somewhere else, it is not from us — tell us at support@orasci.shop.

Restrictions worth knowing before you pay

Exporting requires every measurement row to be confirmed against a diagram, one at a time. This cannot be skipped or bulk-applied on any plan.
Artwork generation refuses brand names and the prohibited motif list, on every plan.
The service is not for under 13s. Users aged 13 to 17 need a parent or guardian to accept the terms.
We do not offer factory introductions, sourcing or production at any price. There is no plan that unlocks it because it is not something we do.
