Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can see what we hold, correct it, take it away, or have it deleted. Under the CCPA you can ask what we collect and have it deleted. This form covers all of them.

- How long we take
- One calendar month. Complex requests may take up to three, and we will tell you why within the first month.
- What it costs
- Nothing. We will not charge you and we will not treat you differently for asking.
- Identity checks
- We may ask you to confirm who you are before releasing or deleting anything. That protects you.
- If we get it wrong
- Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. If you are in the EEA, complain to your local supervisory authority. You do not have to come to us first.
