Report an infringement

Patterns produced here get printed on production runs, so an infringing motif turns into physical stock. That is why this channel exists and why it acts first.

Our commitment

If you tell us a pattern or artwork infringes your rights, we take it down first and look into it after.

  1. 01

    Take down

    The reported material is removed from generation and from any shared link, before we assess the merits.

  2. 02

    Tell the account holder

    We say what was removed and why, so they can respond. We do not disclose your details beyond what the report requires.

  3. 03

    Assess

    We look at the right claimed and the material. If the report does not hold up, the material can be restored and we will tell you why.

  4. 04

    Repeat infringement

    Accounts that repeatedly produce infringing material are closed without refund.

Generated artwork is recorded as generated, with its parameters kept, so its origin can be evidenced. Prompts containing a brand or designer name are blocked before anything is produced.
