These terms govern your use of orasci.shop and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
orasci.shop is operated by ORASCI LIMITED, company number 17264390, registered in England and Wales, registered office 106 Warren Road, Orpington, BR6 6JA, England.
2. Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). ORASCI LIMITED is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is recoverable on these prices. Delivery is charged separately as set out in our Shipping Policy.
3. How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — at that point a contract exists between us. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
4. Colour, cloth and batch variation
Our palette is deliberately soft, and soft colours are the least forgiving when it comes to dye lots. Two Pearl Mist dresses cut months apart can differ by a shade, and the same colour name will read differently on a matte viscose than on a satin or a crepe, because the surface reflects light differently. Photographs on this site are shot in daylight with no colour grading, but your screen still has the final say. Flat measurements are taken on finished dresses and can vary by up to 1.5cm within a size. None of this counts as a fault, and none of it affects your right to return an unworn dress within 28 days. Dispatch takes 3-5 working days.
5. Availability and pricing errors
Product availability and pricing may change. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Cancellation and returns
Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Returns and Refunds Policy and are not limited by these terms.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
8. Your personal data
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
